From our peers and our teacher we received feedback on our pitch.
Positives:
Negatives/Improvements:
We also done our own questionnaire about the pitch and these are the results.
From the feedback we noticed that our peers really liked the Digipak that was created by Kadija mostly because of the font that was used. Therefore we have decided to use this font in our final Digipak because it also links with the genre of the song, that we have chosen. Our final decision for the Digipak will be a photograph of the artist in the foreground and cars passing in the background. The photo will be a long exposure shot so the cars will be a blur. We will be making sure that we stick to the black & white theme so the photo will be in a black and white effect. The font that we use will be used throughout all our promotional packaging.
Positives:
- Concept of the video was clear.
- A lot of different technologies used.
- Interviewing the target audience was effective.
- Showed our music influences instead of just saying it.
- Locations we've chosen is suited to the genre.
- Digipack was very strong and suited the genre.
- Good use of the preliminary video to show the effects we'll use for post production.
Negatives/Improvements:
- Make the storyline to the video much clearer
- talk about what shots we will use
- Keep it simple by not adding too much
- Minor adjustments to the digipak
