Research: Skills audit

I think in terms of quality of research, my skills has changed such as going into more detail and making my blog more presentable. Although I do think I haven't done as much as I would've liked to this year, so my one improvement for other parts of the blog would be to blog more and create some blogs that aren't on the checklist.
